Does House All Solution charge a platform fee?+

No. House All Solution does not charge homeowners a platform fee. Service visit and repair charges are paid directly to the participating service company.

How are service companies selected?+

Before a company can receive requests, we review its business registration, applicable licenses and insurance, technician qualifications, and the areas it serves. Only companies that complete this onboarding review can receive requests through House All Solution.

Can I choose the HVAC company?+

No. House All Solution is designed to remove the search. The platform matches the request based on service area and availability.

Will I see the repair price before work begins?+
